Jennifer Garner’s Frozen Yogurt Bark Might Be the Easiest Summer Dessert of All Time – PureWow

How to Make Jennifer Garner’s Frozen Yogurt Bark

This treat is so easy that you can no doubt pull it off on your first try without even using a recipe. It’s as simple as decking out your favorite yogurt with toppings of your choice, then freezing it until it’s breakable like chocolate bark.

We’re assuming Garner used plain Greek yogurt , but you could really use any kind you’d like. (Personally, we’re dreaming of a banana yogurt base topped with chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chunks, à la Chunky Monkey. ) If you don’t have any Once Upon a Farm on hand, you can substitute fruit purée or jam, or omit it completely. Most importantly, go wild with the toppings—nothing is off limits.

  • About 1 cup yogurt (Greek—plain or flavored—preferred)
  • One 3. 2-ounce packet Once Upon a Farm fruit blend (or another brand of fruit purée or jam)
  • Miscellaneous toppings of your choice (fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, granola, shredded coconut, marshmallows, etc . )

Step 1 : Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper. Spread the thick layer of fat free yogurt onto the parchment paper.

Step 2: Drizzle the fruit purée or jam on top of the yogurt. Add additional toppings of your liking.

Step 3: Freeze until solid. Peel the parchment off the yogurt bark. Chop or break into pieces and enjoy.
