McDonald’s fans cannot stop talking about the restaurant’s new summer menu. The fast-food chain has launched eight new items inspired by the Mediterranean.

Among the game-changing burgers and scrumptious sides include halloumi fries, The Spicy Spanish Stack and a tiramisu McFlurry. The limited edition dessert is available from June 8 to July 26 and costs £1.19 for a mini size or £1.69 for regular.

The dreamy pud consists of soft dairy ice cream swirled with chocolate flavoured biscuit pieces, and a luxurious coffee and chocolate flavoured sauce.

Instagram foodie @cakeontherun is known for her quick, easy and healthy takes on classic recipes, and her latest creation is a must-try. She combines the traditional flavours of chocolate and coffee, but uses a surprising ingredient as the ice cream.

It contains no cream, eggs or milk. Instead she uses frozen banana to make it. When blended it is ultra smooth and creamy and will satisfy your sweet tooth. It’s also naturally vegan and gluten free too.

Low in fat and calories, she also makes a homemade chocolate biscuit using baked oats. Watch how to make it in the recipe above or follow the method below.
